Today I am very determined to treat my body as God's and feed it only positive thoughts and healthy food. Scale wasn't nice to me this morning and reading a book that gives me the scripture to battle my bad behavior with. Goal: to hit 180 lbs by may 14
th. Will keep track weekly on weight lost and hurdle i had to overcome to stick with it. Hoping it will keep me accountable until I can find a real person to encourage me. today I burned 800
cals at gym, 1 cup coffee, 3 of 10 glasses of water and strawberry protein shack. will check in tomorrow! bye for now. signed desperate to feel better.
